Have a taste

Fish Indian style 
 


You’ll need

2 cod filets cut in half 

A pinch of cayenne pepper 

1 teaspoon cumin and curry powder 
 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 

4 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger

1 drop turmeric essential oil

1⁄2 cup plain yogurt 

A handful of chopped fresh coriander 


In a bowl, mix together yogurt, essential oil, spices, garlic and ginger. Add the fillets, cover and chill for a few hours (or all night). 

When ready to serve, grill, barbecue or stir-fry about 6 minutes per side. 

Serve with cucumber salad and basmati rice.
