Do not suffer from rosacea anymore!
Particularly women from 25 to 70 years old with fair skin.
It is a pretty common, chronic and aggressive inflammatory disease…and quite hard to treat.
Women suffering from it know it: this skin condition is characterized by red nose and cheeks, sometimes covered with small pimples that look like acne.
There are 3 stages of rosacea, for which the symptoms vary.
Will you identify them if I tell you that:
- My skin burns, stings and itches when I apply make-up?
Spicy food, alcohol, hot beverages dilate the small blood capillaries of the face.
- Inflamed white heads appear on top of the red area?
- The skin tends to be oily, with large pores?
Large inflamed nodules, visible large blood capillaries, oily skin and widening of the nose.
- What about ocular rosacea?
You can identify ocular rosacea through watery eyes and red spots on the eyes, and the sensation of having something stuck in the eye, under the eyelid.
Ocular rosacea is often mistaken with stye or conjunctivitis.
These are a few of them:
- Demodex folliculorum, a moth
- Lack of stomach acidity
- Menopausal hot flashes
- Localized infection
- Food intolerances and allergies
- Gastrointestinal problems
- Chronic candida infection
Rosacea : solutions
Like any inflammatory condition, rosacea will be very receptive to an anti-inflammatory diet (same as for anti-candida) associated with anti-inflammatory supplements and essential oils.
The goal is to avoid or eliminate anything that causes rosacea, triggering factors like:
Obviously, the most important thing is to avoid the stimulus that will favor the appearance of rosacea, such as extreme temperatures, excessive sun exposure, intake of very hot beverages, alcohol and spicy food.
Back when I lived in Southern China, where the climate is very hot outside and very cold in the house, I saw a lot of cases of rosacea on Filipino or Chinese women that love to eat spicy food and drink very hot or very cold beverages. They were totally disfigured.
So the first thing to do is to be very careful with extreme temperature changes, internal and external.
- Lack of muriatic acid and enzyme
That is something very common to people suffering from rosacea.
Oddly, it was observed that anxiety, depression and stress often reduce gastric acidity, which induces heartburns. So, worried, stressed and depressed women tend to suffer more from rosacea.
You don’t know if you are lacking acidity.
To find out, take one capsule of Betaine HCL each meal, and if you feel an improved digestion then it means that acid was lacking and you should keep on using the supplements until rosacea disappears.
Women suffering from rosacea also show a lipase deficiency, the pancreatic enzyme that allows us to digest fat. If you noticed before that your body doesn’t tolerate fat, take supplements of digestive enzymes!
- Food intolerance and candida infection
When it comes to inflammatory disease, you will not be able to get rid of it if you don’t treat the inflammation!
Yet, food sensitivities and candida infection, two connected signs of an immune deficiency, are sure to maintain the inflammation.
Treating them increases your chances to say goodbye to rosacea one day…
Of course, there is the anti-candida diet to help control your candida infection, as well as eliminating possible food intolerances (you need to do IgG tests to identify it).
This diet eliminates coffee, alcohol and sugar, trans fat, dairy and fried food; they should all be banned from your diet in order to treat rosacea.
So it’s a good start.
You also need to add what will help fighting the inflammation, that is also in the anti-candida diet: good fat, lots of antioxidants and detox food.
As well, you need to restore your intestinal flora with good probiotic cultures containing at least 5 billions of intestine-friendly bacteria (lactobacillus and bifidobacterieum).
Anti-fungus, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and healing essential oils would be top choices to fight rosacea.
Here is the anti-rosacea recipe to apply twice a day on a cleansed skin:
In 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of aloe gel mixed with 10 ml of calophyllum inophyllum oil, add:
- 10 drops of Palmarosa essential oil
- 5 drops of Tea tree essential oil
- 5 drops of Immortelle essential oil (helichrysum italicum)
Do not overlook your emotions and your stress
I’m sure you understand that you can’t approach rosacea only through the symptoms. A lot of different things have to be considered, in a holistic way. Without a magic pill, you mostly need to act on the origins of the problem…and one of them is a possible candida infection.
