You don’t need to feel like on a diet in front of a very healthy, full of color, non creamy dish…


For some people eating vegetables is boring and non appealing. Here is the proof that there is a life beyond potatoes.

I selected the following recipes from one of my books, which teaches the reader to eat without sugar, gluten and dairy products. Yes, this is possible!

Why all these restrictions? Simply to fight inflammation…I tell you all about it here.

Looking at how the Acton TV staff inhaled the whole menu, I assume not one of them could tell the recipes were so restrictive.
This is what my French readers tell me : not one could guess it is part of a cleansing diet.

Stuffed vegetables


For 4 servings

Pick 4 nice tomatoes, 2 zucchinis, 2 bell peppers.
Cut the top part of the tomatoes and remove the pulp with a spoon
Cut the bell peppers and zucchinis in half and remove their seeds.

In a large bowl, mix
½  pound of ground beef,
½ pound of ground chicken,
one chopped onion,
one crushed garlic,
one handful of chopped parsley,
some the tomato pulp
3 tbs of cooked rice or quinoa.

Stir well and add an egg. Salt to taste.
Fill up the vegetables with this stuffing and arrange them in a
baking dish. Replace the caps on the tomatoes, drizzle with
olive oil and bake in a hot oven for 45 mn
Serve with brown rice or quinoa.

Raibow salad


You want to blend as many colors as possible.
So, it really is a matter of “what will you have available”!
Peal, grate, slice, and toss with a simple lemon and olive oil dressing :
2 tbs fresh lemon juice, 3 tbs oil : olive, avocado, walnut, mixed together if possible.
Add plenty of fresh herbs, seeds, if possible sprouts. Easy.

Raspberry cobbler


Garnish :
1 pound fresh or frozen raspberries
2 tbs cornstarch
2 tbs xylitol

Biscuits : 2 cups 1/2 gluten free flour, 1 tbs Baking powder, 2 tbs xylitol, 2 sticks solidified clarified butter or the equivalent in coconut oil (or a mix), a few tsp of water

Garnish : all the ingredients in a bowl and pour in a ceramic oven dish.

Combine all the biscuits ingredients and use an ice cream spoon to drop balls of dough on to of the garnish.

Bake in a 375 degrees oven for 30 mn.
Try to let it cool down before you serve it…
