When life isn’t what it used to be: toxic emotions of candida
I like talking about toxic emotions: They are at the root of many of your procrastinating behaviors that are sometimes destructive, adding on to the list of symptoms of candida albicans infections. Knowing them makes it easier to find and treat them.
I want to talk about what is preventing you from moving
forward: this feeling that’s keeping you in a procrastination bubble, cooped up
in your suffering without the will or ability to get out.
I have had the odd husband dragged like a child by his wife to come see me: desperate for someone to help them!
But why do some people need to be dragged in order to get treatment? I’m not that scary, I promise!
And yet, it is an understandable attitude: Candida is a pathogenic bacterium. It secretes toxins that push the nervous system off balance. These toxins disrupt the entire body; they participate in the onset of these emotional state disorders. These promote the lack of clarity of mind and depressive states… when the nutritional and mineral deficiencies are taken into account.
Fortunately, as will be seen below: the effects of alcohol-based essential oils. By acting both on the normalization of the nervous system and hormonal production, it brings a general improvement, especially to the body’s immunity.
What better way to help the body control invaders such as candida albicans than a healthy immunity?
Immediate pleasure, candida, and toxicity
Anyway you look at it, when you have candida roaming around, you are toxic and you know it.
Did you ever find yourself feeling so bad about yourself and as a reaction you’re looking for a specific source of comfort food? Chocolate cake maybe?
One of the dominant features of a Candida albicans infestation is that you can have obvious cravings for sugar or bread… or both!
For some, that immediate comfort will be a beer, a tub of ice cream, a bar of chocolate, a pack of cookies, and cheese! Unless it’s something to smoke or drink…
In short, it is rarely a glass of carrot juice, or a plate of radishes… and yet these foods would not add to your level of internal toxicity.
The more toxic you are, the more you will be pushed to maintain that toxicity.
Being attracted by notoriously addictive foods such as sugar, wheat and milk/casein is unfortunately the “go to” for those who suffer from chronic candidiasis, and who therefore do not feel well on a regular basis, physically and emotionally.
Instant gratification is a necessary feeling, and food is often the perfect vehicle to satisfy that need ie products that trigger the release of endorphin: People usually feel good while feeding the vicious circle that hurts them even more in the end.
Because all the “feel good” foods that I mentioned
above are those that Candida craves, which allows it to grow and proliferate in
Toxic people are so much alike… because their liver is the first victim to suffer, and then triggers the following:
- Permanent dissatisfaction
These states influence your life much more than you would
And yes… what your thoughts are made of has a direct impact, not only on your eating habits, but also on your life, future, and way of projecting yourself.
Candida prevents you from seeing
If you are toxic, chances are that you have thoughts that lack a little optimism, and confidence in the future.
It’s important that you change that…
Knowing that your present state is the product of your past thoughts, you will understand that your future will be a reflection of your current thoughts which, themselves, have a direct impact on your actions today, as well as your decisions, and behavior.
To sum up, your state of internal toxicity influences the quality of your feelings, which themselves have an impact on the quality of your thoughts, which also have an influence on your behavior, which is toxic.
What makes one person embark on some ambitious projects and another nothing?
Confidence, drive, and optimism: that’s something a person will have and not another.
Candida also happens in children and
A chronic fungal infection is easily recognizable in children who are hyperactive or who have trouble learning at school. In teens, Candida is often a source of depression and sudden mood swings. A brilliant teenager, who suddenly becomes unable to think clearly and learn, or even becomes suicidal, can benefit from an anti-candida program.
Candida prevents you from acting
The toxic individual will be tempted but will not feel the energy to act: they will have foggy thoughts, and their lack of optimism will prevent them from believing, and acting. This attitude is valid for any form of activity: more so those that involve having to change, and take charge of one’s own health!
If you suffer from Candidiasis, you may also suffer from anxiety, insecurity, the need for a lot of attention and support from those around you, and self doubt: can go from a state of great joyful serenity to a need for loneliness. But most importantly, your emotional state can be what’s holding you back from the desire to heal and grow.
But you can’t stay the course of an anti-fungal program without good motivation.
This is where aromatherapy will help you.

It clarifies the objective mind, secures and gives the courage to choose only exceptional paths.
