But there is a trick : only good ingredients that could be part of an anti candida meal!

1 cup gluten free flour, 2 tbs almond oil, 3 Tbs xylitol, 2 eggs, 1 cup walnuts (or pecans), 3 drops orange essential oil, cocoa nibs
Process the walnut in powder, add the remaining ingredients and pulse to make a dough.
Scoop some cookie dough and press each little ball on a cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 12 mn.

Choose preferably some boneless chicken thighs, tastier than chicken breast.
Quantities vary according to your appetite, but you can also cut bite size pieces of chicken in advance and stir it with the flavors of your choice : crushed garlic, soy sauce, paprika, curry powder, salt and pepper, olive oil, coconut oil etc…

When you are ready to eat, roll each nugget in almond meal and fry them in avocado or grapeseed oil until golden brown.

Drain them on paper towel.

Prepare salad and dressing

Rocket leaves (or you favorite greens), grated carrot and cucumber, grapefruit segments, crushed garlic.

Vinaigrette : 1 tbp dijon mustard, 1 tbp raw apple cider vinegar, 3 tbs avocado oil, all quickly tossed together.
Drizzle on the salad just before serving.
